- Engraved Setter on the Left, Fox on the Right, Pheasants on the Bottom surrounded by scrolling
- Skip Line Checkered Walnut Stock and Forearm
- A couple minor scratches to wood
- Mfg.'d in Simson Factory, Suhl, Germany after it was renamed BSW in April of 1937
- Bbls marked Simson & Son, Receiver marked BSW all with same serial number
