Update After many many calls and inquiries I went and carefully opened the back of the art up by cutting along the outer edge of the paper backing to view the art. I have enclosed a picture b/c I did not take it out of the frame just opened to see if there was any other markings. I also took a micro scope camera for the name this was the best shot I could. Not sure if it is an actual signature or part of the etching block use your judgment. Either way this is a nice work of art. Pierre Auguste Renoir / femme au chapeau etching open.
