Hayes In Appreciation For His Dedication, Guidance, and supervision of the USARSO apprentice program. 1- USARCARIB United States Army Caribbean Training School Commander Generals Swagger Stick with US Army Corps Of Engineer bronze emblem and enameled cap with "one for all and all for one USARCARIB" motto in spanish.
