Evinrude 18Hp outboard, serial # 18802A-EO1717. Motor appears complete, prop turns freely, gear shift works and engages, motor will not pull over as it appears to be locked. Owner states he had work done to it and then it stopped running. So this is a repair unit only. Inv .O.
