Rare! Winchester 1886 .50 Express Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine
- This Caliber Very Rare in Carbine
- 22" Round Bbl
- High Percentage Original Factory Finish
- Winchester Letter will come back showing a different caliber for this serial number. After talking with Winchester, they agree that it was probably sent back to Winchester to be rebarreled and rechambered to .50 Express, reblued and refinished at which time they would have put the proof marks on receiver and barrel. The proof marks are period to early 1900's. (see photo)
